Stumbled upon this in a link from TwoLimeLeaves, and I'm scrolling down the page, smiling about the "peek-a-boob" comments and the VeggieMan, and I see this photo and think "OMG green boobs!" Then I think "Holy cow, crazy muscles!" Then I pass out.

Congratulations on selling your quilts and raising quite a bit of interest in them as well. Michelle (Tanya's sister) and I used to do markets - Michelle made bags and I made aprons and dolls clothes. It's always a thrill when you sell something, and a bit disappointing when you don't. Your quilts look lovely.

Well done girls, good to hear the markets were a success. I agree branching out into internet based sales is a good idea if you can get the publicity. Perhaps a bit of advertising in quilting magazines would help the cause aswell, when you can get it up and running.

Good work Racy Tracy and Floey Joey.

Thanks Kirsty- i definately agree.

Thanks Tanya- that sounds like an great idea, will keep you posted on the details.

Yes, my brothers would be highly amused at how easy it was to taint such an innocent name.

Hmmm the ironic thing here is that I was going to chat to you about our name. When I did a search on businesses with the name peek-a-boo I found two with peek-a-boob. I felt somewhat disturbed by this, but it appears that your brothers already knew about it!

I just had a long ramble on Tracey's blog, giving her my two cents and now I have another suggestion.

Why not get a button/link put on the sidebar of your blogs that, when people click on it, they go to a website specifically set up for you to sell your quilts. And if people want to put the button on their blog, let them: it may start a worldwide online business...?? I'd certainly be happy to help by advertising your quilts in the sidebar of my blog.
